I’m Antonio Garcilazo, founder and CEO of Rockstone Concrete. With more than two decades in the concrete industry, I’ve built my career through dedication, hard work and experience at every level. I began as a laborer with a well-established commercial construction company and worked my way through successive roles until becoming a project manager.
That experience shaped my belief that quality comes from paying attention to the details. I founded Rockstone after seeing opportunities in the industry for greater care, consistency and pride in workmanship. Today, those principles guide our company: we hold ourselves to high standards and give close attention to the small details that make a lasting difference in the finished work.
As a family-oriented person, I lead with strong values, integrity and a commitment to doing right by our clients. We take pride in what we build and in the trust we earn along the way. Abel Adrianzen brings more than two decades of construction-industry experience to his role as Vice President of Rockstone Concrete. His background includes managing multibillion-dollar projects, including hotels, subdivision developments and other complex construction work. With extensive industry knowledge and a family-oriented outlook, Abel brings an experienced perspective to project planning, coordination and the people behind the work.
Operations Manager · Rockstone Concrete
Anna Diaz brings more than a decade of management experience and a degree in construction management to Rockstone Concrete. As Operations Manager, she helps keep the company running smoothly, supports clients and looks after the needs of our team. Her focus on organization, communication and people helps connect day-to-day operations with the service our clients receive.
