Estimate requests
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the contact details, project location, scope, timing and attachments you choose to provide. Rockstone uses this information to review your project and contact you about the inquiry. Do not upload payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information unrelated to the work.
Storage and access
Requests are stored using the website’s hosting infrastructure, provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Estimate attachments are stored privately. The website inbox is restricted to the signed-in website owner. Requests remain available for project follow-up; contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Website activity
The site records aggregate page views, referring-source categories, and clicks on phone, email and review links. These counts do not contain your name, email, phone number or uploaded files. They do not identify unique visitors. The website does not use advertising tracking cookies. Temporary browser session storage remembers a referring-source category. The server uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam requests.
