Southlands

Complexity runs through the whole site.

On a project the size of Southlands, the challenge extends far beyond a single concrete pour. Long sidewalk runs, curved curb lines and transitions around buildings and site utilities all need to work together. For Garret Constructions in Aurora, our team took on that complexity with attention to both the overall site and the details within each section.

The project photographs show how that work took shape: prepared forms defining straight and curved alignments, concrete placement across multiple areas, and crews finishing edges and walking surfaces by hand. Each section contributed to a larger, connected result—from the long stretches of sidewalk to the tighter turns where precision mattered most.
